Cleanfield is led by a strong management team composed of cleantech, engineering and business experts, with a proven record of accomplishment of business growth in the new technology industry. Collectively, the management team has substantial experience in R&D, manufacturing, wind energy, financial management, strategic planning, business development, marketing and sales.
Tony Verrelli – Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Verrelli has been the President and a Director of Cleanfield since 2002. His senior management experience includes diverse private, public and nonprofit organizations, with each experience revealing a solid record of accomplishment and leadership. Mr. Verrelli also founded 360 Marketing, a private marketing company primarily focusing on product brand development, integrated marketing programs, public relations campaigns and strategic planning.
Mr. Verrelli has been involved in the renewable energy industry for the past ten years and the environmental industry since 1995. Mr. Verrelli is a member of the Canadian Wind Energy Association, Small Wind Committee and the recipient of the 2009 Scotiabank ICCT Environmental Leadership Award.
Henry Kroeze – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kroeze has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since June 2008. Prior thereto, from 2005 to 2008 he was a financial consultant providing financial consulting to such companies as Biovail Corporation, a pharmaceutical company. From 1997 to 2004, he was the Director of Financial Operations with Laidlaw International Inc, a transportation company. Mr. Kroeze is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
Mihail Stern – Chief Technology Officer and Director
CTO of Cleanfield Energy™ since 2002. President of Hexatronic Inc. since 1997, Engineer with MDS Sciex of Concord from January, 1997 to September, 2006. Mr. Stern co-founder Cleanfield and is currently the CTO, Vice President and a Director of Cleanfield since 2002. As a Senior Electronics Engineer with over 30 year’s experience, his work has emphasized power electronics and controls. These include high-performance electrical drives, power electronics for industrial applications and renewable energies.

Khris Kline – VP of Sales & Marketing and Director
Khris Kline is managing partner in k2media, a partnership focused on delivering clients new media services and solutions. He was previously the Business Development Executive and New Media Producer for RES Media Group, overseeing RES Media Group’s sales efforts across platforms and crafting partnerships and new media opportunities for nontraditional revenue sources, including special DVD/Web projects and content licensing for cell phones and other handheld devices. He worked previously as Director of Sponsorship Sales and Marketing at mediabistro.com, an upstart Web company focused on connecting media professionals both online and in person through events, which Khris organized in an additional role as Executive Producer. He was also the founder of k2music, an Internet 1.0 advertising, marketing, and events consultancy for music and new media companies, including the first-of-its-kind, on-demand streaming media site CollegeMusic.com, of which he was a founding employee/producer. Before starting his own company, Mr. Kline spent four years as the first Advertising Sales Director for CMJ New Music Monthly, founding producer of CMJ.com, and was a Executive Producer of the G-SHOCK CMJ MusicFest. He has also executive produced many corporate-sponsored events, promotions, compilation CDs, and web sites. Khris started his entertainment career in the music business at EMI Records Group North America, working closely with the record labels in the EMI family. He is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Brian Miloski - Managing Director with the investment banking firm Caris & Company (Caris)
Mr. Miloski joined Caris to help build the technology and energy investment banking practices and is responsible for the origination and execution of investment banking transactions including capital raises and mergers and acquisitions activity. Prior to joining Caris, Mr. Miloski was employed with BMO Capital Markets, a full-service North American financial services provider, in the Investment & Corporate Banking Group, where he was responsible for positioning companies within the public and private investment communities and executing investment banking transactions across several industries. Mr. Miloski has his M.S. Finance from the University of Baltimore and his B.S. Economics and Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Cortland.
Sureshlal Kamalalal Shrivastav - Chief Executive Officer, SAI Prasad Group of Companies
The SAI Prasad Group of Companies is based in Pune, India with businesses in a multitude of industries including manufacturing and real estate development. The Group is a rapidly expanding organization that operates in 75 cities, with 86 branches staffed by 600 employees.
