Historical Milestones
| 2010 | We entered into a manufacturing license agreement with Sai Prasad Energy Pvt. Ltd. of India.

| 2010 | We surpassed the 60-unit milestone in turbine sales in January. Cleanfield sold and will install 10 V3 VAWTs in Houston, Texas. |
| 2009 | Cleanfield received UL certification, and began modifying its proprietary and innovative inverter for solar PV applications. We installed six turbines on the roof of a building at Durham College in Ontario. |
| 2008 | We completed our first multi-turbine installation at Mohawk College in Ontario. Cleanfield signed a collaboration agreement with McMaster University, Ontario Centres of Excellence to research and develop nanowire technology for the production of semiconductor solar photovoltaic cells. We completed an offering of $1.5 million of Series B Debentures. |
| 2007 | Cleanfiled developed its 3kW inverter. We sold and installed five V3 turbines at the Fire Management Headquarters in Kenora, Ontario. Cleanfield completed a private placement of $1.3 million. We received QPS certification for Canadian installations. |
| 2006 | McMaster University’s Mechanical Engineering Department successfully tested the V3 at the 9-metre National Research Council wind tunnel facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Cleanfield owners finalized an Reverse Take-over with Strike Resources, resulting in a name change to Cleanfield Alternative Energy, which became the parent company of Cleanfield Energy™. Cleanfield Alternative Energy commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TSX-V: AIR. We then completed a $2.5 million equity offering. |
| 2005 | We signed a collaboration agreement with McMaster University and Ontario Centres of Excellence to evaluate, test and redevelop the V3 turbine. |
| 2004 | The University of Timisoara began testing of the first prototype V3. |
| 2003 | Product development continued with wind tunnel testing of a small scale model of the V3 wind turbine. |
| 2002 | Cleanfield Energy™ was established in Canada by co-founders Mihail Stern, Alexander Trica and Tony Verrelli. The University of Timisoara in Romania, commenced research & development of Cleanfield’s V3 wind turbine in conjunction with our engineering team. |
